Short Bio:
I grew up in Puerto Rico, where I also went to school for Business Administration and Management at the Universidad Adventista de las Antillas. In 1995 I moved to Carpentersville where I met my now husband of 18 years Ray. We’ve been blessed with three wonderful children Anette 17, RJ 13, and Marc 11.  I truly enjoy family gatherings, cooking and dancing to some great Latin music.

Short Bio:
I grew up in Indiana, and went to Spring Arbor University, earning a BA in Sports Management / Recreation. I have been married to my beautiful wife Sharon (who is a teacher in School District U46) for 17 years.  We have two awesome children, Kaleb 12, and Kenadi 7.  I am a diehard fan of the Cubs, Bears and Bulls, I also love trivia and genealogy.

Q: How do you describe your business?
A: We provide after-school services to over 1,400 local at-risk youth in our community. In addition, we offer an eight week all-day summer program as well as instructional athletic leagues (basketball and soccer). The Boys & Girls Clubs of Dundee Township offers a safe environment, full of fun activities, enriching programs and dedicated staff that encourage our members to be their absolute best every single day.

2015 Youth Development Professional Training


On Friday, January 2, 2015 over 55 BGCDT employees gathered at Perry Elementary School for the 2015 All-Staff Youth Development Professional Training.  The 2015 Youth Development Professional Training brought all BGCDT employees from the eight Club Unit locations together during a focused training aimed at sharing best practices, leadership growth and staff development.  BGCDT employees were provided a wide array of development and training in the following areas:

Boys & Girls Club Partners with Dentist on Toys 4 Teeth

For Timothy Stirneman, owner of All Smiles Dental in Algonquin, children having a present to open during the holiday season is just as important as them having clean teeth.

That’s why he teamed up with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Dundee Township on the Toys 4 Teeth initiative.

Along with the gifts, which were handed out Dec. 19, the children also received a certificate for a free dental cleaning in January.

Volunteer's Cookies Fetch $75,000 for Boys & Girls Clubs of Dundee Twp.

A batch of 500 cookies were auctioned off at a stunning $75,000 to benefit the Boys & Girls Club of Dundee Township.  Barbara Ferguson dropped off her home-baked cookies Friday at Otto Engineering in Carpentersville. President and CEO Tom Roeser made the winning bid at the club's annual masquerade ball last month.
