Our Teen Center members that are involved in our tech programs had the fun opportunity to make vinyl decals at the local library! They used a special software called Silhouette Studio. The members learned how to use different coloring and layering with multiple sheets.
CMS members recently came to the Teen Center to participate in their 3D Printing program. The program allows members to be creative and make cool things such as keychains, cases, figures and more. The CMS members learned how to use the modeling software called Tinker-cad. They were able to create key chains and other types of objects. It was an excellent way for the CMS to see what they have to look forward to when they join the Teen Center!
Have you ever heard of the show Chopped? If so your in for a real treat! Our Golfview site is the first to try out a new program called "Little Chopped." Not quite a show, but it definitely is a very fun program for our club members. This program was ran by Aramark, a food service that provides our club members snacks and dinner throughout the year. Linett and Autumn, both of who are Aramark employees, came up with the idea and executed this program at our Golfview site recently.
